This tea is sourced from Fujian. The best leaves are harvested in Autumn and we exclusively buy our Alpine Oolong during the Autumn.
1 tbsp per cup (250ml); water at temperature 100°C; rinse leaves for 3 seconds; infuse for 2 minutes.
Depending on how strong or mild you like your tea, vary the amount of tea leaves used.
If the leaves infuse for too long or the water temperature too high the tea may taste bitter
The second infusion can be even better than the first. This tea can be enjoyed up to three infusions.
