How to Increase Your Pesticide and Other Toxins Intake

Simple, drink Teavana and Celestial Seasoning teas!

Or at least if the reports are to be believed.

Almost 12 months ago, Glaucus Research, a Californian based corporate research company investigated the Teavana – Starbucks deal.

Their report was quite shocking.

It suggested that Teavana, suppliers of supposedly expensive high quality pesticide free teas were duping their customers. In their report, they claimed that pesticide levels were above both US and EU permitted levels in the majority of tested samples.

The report can be found here.

Additionally, they claimed that Teavana trained staff were also misleading customers by making claims that were untrue such as the teas being pesticide free and organic.

But Teavana are not the only large tea company implicated. Celestial Seasonings offer a wide variety of adulterated teas several of which were tested in a European independent laboratory and also found to be contaminated with pesticides. Despite this, Celestial Seasoning naturally deny it. You can find an interesting discussion on the site.

But why not play it safe and buy In Nature teas. Hand picked loose leaf teas as Mother Nature herself intended –

Pure, organic tea.
