Spring Snail Shell - Bi Luo Chun

This tea is sourced from Jiansu province. The best leaves are harvested in Spring and we exclusively offer Bi Luo Chun from the Spring harvest.
1 tbsp per cup (250ml); water at temperature 75-85°C; rinse leaves for 3 seconds; infuse for 1-2 minutes.
Depending on how strong or mild you like your tea, vary the amount of tea leaves used.
The leaves are delicate, for best results we recommend you pour the hot water on the side of the cut not over the leaves. If the leaves infuse for too long or the water temperature too high the tea may taste bitter.
The second infusion can be even better than the first.
