This Puerh tea is sourced from Yunnan. The best leaves are harvested at the end of March and the beginning of April.
1 cake per cup (250ml); water at temperature 100°C; rinse leaves; infuse for 1-2 minutes.
Depending on how strong or mild you like your tea, vary the amount of tea leaves used.
The second infusion can be even better than the first. This tea can be enjoyed up to three infusions.
